Very well said! I appreciate you sharing and your thoughts and fully agree. I too am tired of this "me first" culture. I always felt as a manger, a keen responsibility for those who I worked for, with and those that worked for me and a committment to the organization to leave it better providing a service of value for the patients/ consumers.

In the end it is about integrity, trust and commitment to more than yourself.
