Josh

John,

Managing nurses in an outpatient setting is much easier than in a hospital where nurses work shifts. In the outpatient arena, RN retention has been extremely high for us due to the favorable hours of work. We are basically a 9 - 5 with no nights and weekends environment. When we do have a nurse retire, replacement is quick and easy - nurses flock to us from the hospitals.
