Yes! It is time for healthcare to recognize the cost benefits of a fully-integrated onboarding program for all their new hires. We have been working in the area of leadership onboarding for over 10 years, and the buy-in from healthcare clients has been slow.

Maybe with the increasing pressure of cost-containment, they will realize that onboarding is not a "nice-to-have", but a critical business strategy to sustain growth and profitability.
