I knew a psychiatrist who was a Major in the Army. His name was Dr Payne, also known as Major Payne. I saw him intercede when a patient had to be subdued by four large men who brought the patient to the floor, one placing his knee to the back of the patient. While the patient was pinned down, the doctor told the guy, I'm Dr Payne, I'm here to help.
